Shipping Insurance Option:
Once we properly package and ship out your order to the given address with the appropriate selected method of shipping, the package becomes your responsibility. If the package is lost, stolen or even broken in route to you, it still remains your responsibility. We are offering shipping insurance so that in those instances of product loss or damage, the product will be replaced.
If you ordered the wrong product and it is a non-returnable item, like a mask that you have opened, you will have to repurchase the correct item, with this same insurance, you will be able to repurchase the correct item at a 35% discount
